might be best if you ring them, get the person's name you speak to.
OR
send a recorded delivery letter.

Hello to all

I have a problem with Pier mangement and am hoping some of you may be able to advise on this.....They have contacted me and are asking for ground rent arrears, which I know I have already paid, they are asking for buildings insurance fees, which are astronomically high, and are charging admin fees of 20 for an invoice that is incorrect.....

As far as im concerned, I only owe them for the next half year of ground rent which is 125. But they are attempting to bill be over 700..!

Has anyone else had problems with this company?
Are they legitamate?
Any advice on how to handle them?

I would be most grateful for your thoughts.......Phil, you seem to have history with these people..?

Thanks
Ali Lalani

yeah they are a 'proper' company... I believe their parent company is CountryWide.

re: ground rent, I had a similar issue, had to send bank statements to show when I'd paid service charge and ground rent etc.

You need to keep all your letters & records dealing with them,
ADMIN (Dave) may be able to help with this too.

Where you based?
