Hi, came across your forum and read that it took you a long time to get set up as an RTM company. We are trying to do same and would really appreciate hearing what problems you might have had with Waterglen and Countrywide.

Hi, I have read with interest your forum and success in obtaining RTM.

I wondered if you would be able to share your experience with myself and a couple of others on progressing your RTM?

I am an owner in flats in which a core group of us are looking to progress RTM due to continued frustration with the existing Managing Agents both in terms of service provided and costs.

Some prep work has previously been done so we have an understanding of the process but could really do with some real life knowledge.

Any help you could provide would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks,

A Frustrated Leaseholder Smile
